About
The Artist
Brian Pierce is a singer-songwriter who writes about the raw realities of day-to-day life and the struggles that come with it. "I hope that my songs can serve as a source of strength and comfort for anyone navigating a difficult time."
His love for music started as a kid, singing along to everything from Cher to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. He grew up on the powerful ballads of Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, and Michael Bolton, then fell hard for the harmonies of '90s boy bands like *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and 98 Degrees. In 2003, after meeting his wife and becoming a born-again Christian, he discovered Christian music and eventually joined his church's worship team — one of his first times performing live.
Brian writes, creates, and produces all of his music from his home studio — by necessity and by choice. Living with stage 4 Sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disorder affecting his lungs, liver, spleen, eyes, and heart, makes live performance incredibly difficult. Recording at home allows him to take his time, do multiple takes, and craft the best music possible. "I don't know how much time I have to make music," he admits, "so every song matters."
